ABOUT TRIPLE THREAT GYMNASTICS

Triple Threat Gymnastics is a small business located in Rockhampton QLD, dedicated to health and fitness through the sport of gymnastics.

Triple Threat Gymnastics sees the value of gymnastics for children’s physical and cognitive development, coordination, self confidence and social skills. Gymnastics is a fantastic foundation sport as it teaches basic fundamental movement skills allowing transition into almost any sport. Our classes are open to boys and girls. Gymnastics can teach children to be coachable, build character, create discipline and dedication as well as the physical benefits of increased strength, flexibility and coordination.

Our coaches have a passion for the sport of gymnastics as well as a love for teaching, and we pride ourselves on providing quality gymnastics programs in a fun and safe environment. Our Head Coach holds an advanced level coaching accreditation through Gymnastics Australia and a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood and Primary).
